During Your Rental

1. Vehicle Cleanliness : Keep the vehicle interior clean and free of debris
2. Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking in the vehicle will result in immediate deposit forfeiture
3. Supercharging : Use designated charging stations and keep the battery level above 10%
4. Always let us know if you are Leaving the City

Return Process

1. Interior Cleaning: Remove all personal belongings and trash. Returning a dirty vehicle will result in deposit forfeiture
2. Charging Requirements: Return the vehicle with at least 70% battery charge
3. Final Inspection: Document the vehicle's condition with photos
4. Correct Drop-off Location: Ensure you return the vehicle to the exact address specified in your rental agreement
5. Park & Lock: Park in the designated return location and ensure the vehicle is properly locked
