Out-of-City Travel Policy

At ZEVO, we understand that your travel needs may extend beyond city limits. While we generally allow travel outside the city where you picked up your rental vehicle, we require notification for several important reasons:

• Prior Approval Required: You must obtain approval before:
  • Crossing city limits
  • Traveling across state lines
• Insurance Coverage: This policy exists due to insurance liability requirements and ensures you're protected throughout your journey.
• Emergency Response: Keeping us informed allows us to provide assistance if any issues arise during your trip.

<aside> Important: Failure to notify and obtain approval for out-of-city travel may result in vehicle deactivation for security purposes, which could leave you stranded. Always communicate your travel plans with ZEVO.
