Before you travel

Short in-state trips of one or two days require advance notice to ZEVO and the host. Extended trips and any out-of-state travel require approval before departure.

• Contact ZEVO Customer Care before leaving.
• Provide the destination, departure date, expected return date, and planned stops.
• Clear any outstanding base fare, toll, Supercharging, or incidental balance.
• Wait for written confirmation. Approval may include an additional security deposit agreed with the host.

Unauthorized travel

Crossing state lines or taking an extended out-of-metro trip without required approval may result in a $200 security-deposit incidental, vehicle deactivation, booking termination, or account restrictions.

Changes to an approved trip

Approval applies only to the destination and dates provided. Contact ZEVO Customer Care before changing the destination, extending the trip, or traveling beyond the approved scope.
