1. Check Return Time: Return within your scheduled booking period to avoid extra fees
  2. End your Booking: Through the ZEVO app or website. You will see the return location for the vehicle there
  3. Take all personal items from the vehicle
  4. Clean the vehicle — remove all trash, debris, and belongings
  5. Take photos of the vehicle's condition using the app or web.zevo.com
  6. Battery Level: Return the vehicle with at least 70% battery charge — returning with low battery will result in additional fees
  7. Park in the designated ZEVO return area and verify the vehicle is secure
  8. Lock the vehicle by clicking the lock icon at the top of the touchscreen before exiting
  9. Tap End My Ride to complete your booking
