- Check Return Time: Return within your scheduled booking period to avoid extra fees
- End your Booking: Through the ZEVO app or website. You will see the return location for the vehicle there
- Take all personal items from the vehicle
- Clean the vehicle — remove all trash, debris, and belongings
- Take photos of the vehicle's condition using the app or web.zevo.com
- Battery Level: Return the vehicle with at least 70% battery charge — returning with low battery will result in additional fees
- Park in the designated ZEVO return area and verify the vehicle is secure
- Lock the vehicle by clicking the lock icon at the top of the touchscreen before exiting
- Tap End My Ride to complete your booking
