Check Return Time: Return within your scheduled booking period to avoid extra fees Pickup & Return Process

End your Booking: through the ZEVO app or website. There you will see the return location for the vehicle 
- 
Vehicle Inspection: 
- Take all personal items from the vehicle
- Clean the vehicle Vehicle Cleanliness
- Remove any visible trash or debris
- Take photos of the vehicle's condition using the app or web.zevo.com
- Battery Level: Return the vehicle with the same charge level as at pickup (typically 70% or more) returning the vehicle with low battery will result in additional fees
- Parking: Park in the designated ZEVO return area & verify the vehicle is secure
- Please lock the vehicle by clicking the lock icon at the top of the touchscreen before exiting the car
- Finish your journey with a simple tap—click End My Ride
