Navigation

1. Open your Tesla's navigation system
2. Select the ⚡️ icon to view nearby Superchargers
3. Make sure only the ⚡️⚡️⚡️ option is selected for the fastest Superchargers
4. Choose your preferred location — the screen will show available stalls and charging speeds
5. Follow the navigation to your selected Supercharger

Charging Process

1. Park at an available Supercharger stall
2. Open the charge port by either:
   • Pressing the charging icon on your touchscreen
   • Pressing on the charge port door itself if the car is unlocked
   • Or unlocking it via the Tesla App
3. Insert the Supercharger connector into your vehicle's charge port
4. Charging will begin automatically stop at 90% maximum capacity

Avoiding Idle Fees

Tesla charges idle fees when your car remains connected after reaching full charge if the Supercharger station is at least 50% occupied.

• Monitor your charging progress through the Tesla app
• Move your car promptly once charging is complete
• Remember that ZEVO's 90% cap helps extend the life and health of the battery

Payment Through ZEVO

ZEVO simplifies the payment process for Supercharging:

• You pay exactly what Tesla charges - no additional fees for Texas & California
• Charges appear on your ZEVO booking the following day
