Tire Replacement: Cost responsibility depends on timing and cause. Under 30 days, wear/tread issues are covered by the host; road hazard damage (nail, debris, pothole) is the driver's responsibility. After 30 days, cost typically starts at a 50/50 split between host and driver (negotiated), unless the driver has put over 10,000 miles on the vehicle and the tire blows, in which case it's the driver's responsibility.
