Vehicle Return Process

  1. Check Return Time: Return within your scheduled booking period to avoid extra fees Proceso de Recogida y Devolución

  2. End your Booking: through the ZEVO app or website. There you will see the return location for the vehicle

  3. Vehicle Inspection:

  1. Battery Level: Return the vehicle with the same charge level as at pickup (typically full) returning the vehicle with low battery will result in additional fees

  2. Parking: Park in the designated ZEVO return area & verify the vehicle is secure

  3. Finish your journey with a simple tap—click End My Ride
