1. 🔍 Inspect the Vehicle & Start Your Ride

On the "My Booking" page of web.ZEVO.com or the ZEVO iPhone App, photograph the vehicle's condition from all angles, including any existing damage.

Then scroll down and tap "START MY RIDE”

2. 🔑 Receive Key

After you start your ride, you will receive the insurance and Tesla access via text and email

• Download the Tesla app and create a Tesla account:
• 🍎 Apple Tesla App - 🤖 Android Tesla App
• Use the Tesla access link (sent via text and email) to add the vehicle to your Tesla app
• Finally, set up phone key on the vehicle page of the Tesla app

For Arizona Drivers: You will receive a Charge Key link (sent via text and email)

3. 🛡️ Receive Insurance

Your insurance document will arrive as a PDF via text and email. Take a screenshot to keep it readily accessible

California & Arizona renters will be emailed registration and inspection documents
