If you receive a ticket, inform your Host immediately. Due to varying processing times among ticketing agencies, hosts may not be notified of a violation for several months. We allow up to 180 days for ticket processing and an additional 5 days for our support team to handle the case. Consequently, you might receive a reimbursement request up to 185 days after your rental period ends.
Remember, prompt reporting of any tickets or fines helps streamline the process and maintains transparency in our service. Your cooperation ensures a smooth experience for all ZEVO users.
You’re responsible for paying the cost of certain tickets incurred while your trip is in progress and for parking tickets incurred up to 24 hours after the trip ends.
