Uploading An Incident on Host Dashboard

When renting out your vehicle on the Zevo platform, various incidents may occur during reservations, ranging from minor issues to more extensive damage. These situations might require reimbursement either from the renter to you or vice versa.

To simplify this process, Zevo's incidentals feature allows you to easily submit an incident report and link it to a specific booking. This tool ensures all incidentals are properly documented, accounted for, and reimbursed in one centralized location, promoting transparency and smooth communication between hosts, guests, and Zevo.

Follow the steps below to learn how to upload an incident using the Host Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to https://host.zevo.com/vehicles

  2. Click "Incidentals"

  1. Click "Upload Incidental"

  1. Was this incidental for a booking?

  1. Fill out "Invoice Date (required)" field.

  1. Select the booking the incident is related to
