- If the tire has some air but is slowly leaking, drive to a tire shop for a quick patch repair—typically around $25.
- If the tire is completely flat, find a safe location and contact Roadside Assistance or AAA to tow the vehicle.
- If you're very close to a tire shop, you can slowly drive the vehicle there to check if they have your tire in stock. Drive at creep speed only as driving faster could seriously damage the vehicle. If they don't have your tire, arrange delivery through Uber Courier. Contact ZEVO Support for additional assistance.
- If a tire needs replacement due to damage or low tread, contact your host to coordinate.
- Check tire tread at pick-up.

- You may be asked to rotate the tires. If so, coordinate with your host so they can cover rotation costs. Monitor tire condition, especially during long-term rentals.
- The most cost and time-efficient way to get new tires is ordering online through Discount Tire or Walmart and scheduling an appointment. Your host can help set this up. Find their contact information on your My Booking page at web.zevo.com or on the ZEVO iOS app.
