• When you need help, access the 24/7 free roadside assistance option at the Rewards Hub in your app.
• Tap the Get Help Now button to reach out to Urgent.ly.

As part of this reward, the following services are included at no cost to you:

• Tire changes
• Jump start
• Fuel delivery
• Lockout service
• Winching
• Towing (up to 25 miles)

Tesla-specific safety: Do not attempt a guest jump-start, high-voltage repair, manual release, winching setup, or improvised procedure. A qualified provider may perform low-voltage support when required.

For a Tesla tow, provide the exact model and year, location, battery/alert status, whether wheels are locked, and whether the vehicle is in a garage, collision, flood, or charger situation.
