Restart your phone and the Tesla app, then ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device

Perform a Soft Reset of the Tesla:

  1. Press and hold both scroll wheels on the steering wheel
  2. Continue holding until the Tesla screen goes black and the Tesla logo appears
  3. Wait for the system to restart completely (usually takes 1-2 minutes)
  4. Check if your phone key now connects properly with the vehicle
