1️⃣ Pre-Trip Mode (First-Time Access Issue)
- If the car is in Pre-Trip Mode, access is restricted until the renter completes the pre-trip process.
- To proceed, they must:
- Log in at web.zevo.com and navigate to the "My Booking" page.
- Complete the pre-trip checklist, which includes:
- Taking photos of the vehicle to document its current condition.
- Indicating any pre-existing damage in the system.
- Once completed, the Tesla key will be automatically sent to your phone. Open the Tesla app and ensure the phone key is setup
2️⃣ Payment Overdue (Loss of Access Mid-Rental)
- If a renter previously had access but lost it, they may be locked out due to an overdue balance:
- 🚨 Base Fare Overdue: Access restricted when weekly base fare remains unpaid for more than 72 hours.
- 🚨 Supercharging & Tolls: Access restricted when charges exceed $150 for more than 3 days.
- Solution:
- Log in at web.zevo.com.
- Go to the "My Booking" page to review and settle outstanding payments.
- Access will be restored automatically after payment
3️⃣ Tesla App or Phone Key Setup Issues
- Renters must download the Tesla app and set up their phone as a phone key to unlock and start the car.
