How much is the deposit?

ZEVO requires a $200 refundable deposit collected at the start of your booking.

When do I get it back?

After your booking ends and your vehicle passes inspection. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What can cause a deduction?

• Vehicle returned dirty
• Vehicle returned below 50% charge
• Damage found during inspection
• Outstanding balance on your account at booking close
