Rental Process

ZEVO offers weekly and, on eligible listings, daily bookings. Weekly is the default. Daily pricing carries a 20% premium.

How it works

• Weekly bookings renew every seven days and are prepaid.
• Eligible daily bookings renew every day at the booking start time.
• Charges continue until the vehicle is returned and the booking is ended.
• Available vehicles can generally be reserved up to three days before pickup.
• Security deposit: $200 standard or $400 for drivers ages 21–24.
• After the host's inspection window, eligible deposit refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Rates and included items

• Rates vary by model, year, features, listing, and host.
• 225 miles per day is the standard default; individual listings may vary or offer Unlimited mileage.
• ZEVO program coverage for eligible personal driving. See Driver Coverage for limits, deductible tiers, and active gig-trip exclusions.
• Roadside Assistance and required host maintenance, subject to the applicable policy.

Additional costs

• Supercharging, tolls, low-battery penalties, and documented incidentals.
• Mileage over the listing allowance is $0.30 per mile.
• Tire responsibility depends on timing, cause, tread condition, and supporting evidence. Contact ZEVO Customer Care.
