0. Pre-Start Cancellations
If a booking is canceled before it begins (guest is still in pretrip):
- Funds can be automatically refunded to the guest’s ZEVO Wallet
- Any promotions used on the booking are restored and can be used again
No manual intervention is needed in these cases.
Simply click cancel booking on the driver’s booking page of https://host.zevo.com/bookings

1. Purpose
Standardize how vehicle swaps are handled when a guest cannot reasonably continue their booking.
2. Swap Eligibility
Approve swaps only for issues that impact use of the vehicle:
- Mechanical or drivability issues
- Charging issues
- Safety concerns
- Host-related issues (vehicle not ready, inaccurate listing)
Timing rule:
- Must be reported early in the booking
- Late reports increase risk the issue occurred during the rental
