Current benefit

• Up to three complimentary roadside events on a rolling 365-day basis, starting from the first use.
• Access the benefit through the Rewards Hub in the Uber Driver app and select Get Help Now.
• Eligibility and remaining uses are controlled by Uber; confirm the current benefit in the app.

Common covered services

• Tire change.
• Jump start.
• Lockout service.
• Winching.
• Towing, subject to Uber and Urgently's current mileage and eligibility terms.

If the vehicle is unsafe, the Uber benefit is unavailable, or you cannot access it, contact ZEVO Customer Care or Roadside Assistance.
