Co-Hosting and Third-Party Assistance

A vehicle listed on the Zevo platform may be supported by one or more individuals who assist the Host in managing the vehicle, including coordinating pickups/drop-offs, cleaning, maintenance, or communicating with renters ("Co-Host"). Regardless of any Co-Host arrangement, the individual or entity registered on the Zevo platform as the Primary Host for a given vehicle remains solely and fully responsible for:

1. Physical condition and operation of the vehicle, including maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, safety compliance, charging/fueling, and roadworthiness at all times the vehicle is listed or in use on the platform;
2. All financial obligations related to the vehicle, including but not limited to loan or lease payments, insurance premiums and deductibles, taxes, registration, tolls, citations, damage costs, and any amounts owed to Zevo, renters, or third parties arising from the vehicle's listing or use;
3. Legal and regulatory compliance, including title, registration, and licensing requirements applicable to the vehicle and its use on the platform; and
4. All acts, omissions, and representations of any Co-Host acting in connection with the vehicle, as if such acts, omissions, or representations were the Primary Host's own.

Any arrangement between a Primary Host and a Co-Host — including compensation, revenue-sharing, or division of responsibilities — is a private agreement solely between those parties. Zevo is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility or liability for, any such arrangement.

Zevo does not verify, vet, screen, or maintain any direct relationship with Co-Hosts or any other third party who is not independently registered and verified as a Host on the platform. Zevo is not affiliated with, and disclaims any responsibility for, the acts or omissions of any such third party. Any reference to a vehicle, listing, or interaction involving a Co-Host does not constitute Zevo's endorsement, verification, or acknowledgment of that individual's authority, and does not create any obligation running from Zevo to that individual.

The Primary Host agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Zevo from any claim, loss, or liability arising out of a Co-Host's involvement with the vehicle or the Primary Host's failure to fulfill the obligations described above.
