If you’re on weekly billing, you pay for the week in advance.
For example: if your weekly rate is $500, that covers the next 7 days of driving from the day you pay.
When you switch to daily charging, the system checks where your payments are at.
There are two possible situations:
If you’re all caught up on payments, great news — you’ve already paid for your current week.
That means you can finish out the week you’ve already paid for before daily charges begin.
Example:
You paid $500 on Monday. On Wednesday, you switch to daily charging.
You won’t be charged daily until next Monday, after your prepaid week is over.
So you’re never double charged — you just continue with your current week, and daily billing starts when that week ends.
If you’ve fallen behind (say you missed last week’s payment), switching to daily takes effect right away.
