If you’re on weekly billing, you pay for the week in advance.
For example: if your weekly rate is $500, that covers the next 7 days of driving from the day you pay.
Switching to daily billing is only available when your account has no outstanding balance. There is no exception for drivers who are behind on payments.
If you’re all caught up on payments, great news — you’ve already paid for your current week.
That means you can finish out the week you’ve already paid for before daily charges begin.
Example:
You paid $500 on Monday. On Wednesday, you switch to daily charging.
You won’t be charged daily until next Monday, after your prepaid week is over.
So you’re never double charged — you just continue with your current week, and daily billing starts when that week ends.
If you have any outstanding balance — overdue base fare, tolls, or supercharging — you cannot switch to daily billing until that balance is resolved. This applies no matter how small the balance is.
Contact ZEVO Customer Care to discuss your options for getting caught up. Once your account has no outstanding balance, a switch to daily billing can be considered.
