Step 1: Rename Your Transponders

  1. Log into your FastTrak toll account
  2. Navigate to the Transponder section
  3. For each transponder, select "Rename"
  4. Name each transponder with the exact license plate number of the corresponding vehicle
  5. Click "Submit" to save the changes

<aside> IMPORTANT: Every transponder name must match the license plate of the vehicle it's installed in. This allows the system to match tolls to the correct vehicle.

Step 2: Generate a Toll Report

  1. Navigate to "Statements and Activities" section
  2. Select "Create Report"
  3. Choose your desired time period (e.g., last 30 days)
  4. Download and export as a CSV file

  2. Navigate to the Toll section
