Important Rental Information:

Vehicle Pick-up

Vehicle location data will be given upon finalization of payment. The visible map radius given on the Vehicle Page will be in close proximity if you'd like to plan your trip beforehand. We will also provide you with the License Plate # after payment.KEYS: You will obtain a Tesla App Invite upon start of your trip. Turn on bluetooth on your phone and it will act as your key to enter and drive the vehicle.

Payment Details

Payments are collected upfront on a weekly basis.The initial payment will cover the Week in Advance (WIA) of the rental and include a security deposit of a minimum of $200.If you return the vehicle before the completion of the first week, you will receive a refund for the unused days.Future bills will include any incurred supercharger costs and tolls.Please note that toll charges are processed manually and may take up to one week to appear on your bill.

Tire Maintenance

Please verify tire tread at vehicle pickup. After 30 days you are responsible for 1/3 of tire replacements and repairs. You may be asked to Rotate the Tires on your vehicle, if you pay you will be fully reimbursed.

Battery Maintenance

Battery health on your EV relies heavily on how you charge the battery. Not charging the battery past 80% and not letting it drop below 10% allows the EV batteries to maintain a long life. ZEVO will be tracking the battery percentages and fees may result from improper charging.

Insurance & Accidents

Every reservation includes insurance for off-rideshare time in the vehicle. If an accident occurs during this time our insurance broker ABI will handle the claim after you fill out the Claim form. If you are found to be at fault of the accident you could have to pay the deductible of up to $2500.

Ending Reservation

At the end of a reservation you are expected to return the car back to it's "Return Location." You will be asked to take vehicle photos. Return the car as clean as possible and please inform Customer Service if you're returning it with any damages.

Failure to Pay

We ask that if you can't pay, please return the vehicle back to us as soon as possible to avoid us terminating your booking. You will be notified a minimum of 24 hours before we charge your card. We will attempt to charge you daily over 3 days, but if you're unable to pay, the earlier you let us know and return the vehicle the more likely we will rent to you in the near future.‍
