This rate is variable depending on the level of concierge support provided. Hosts on our standard self-managed plan are charged 25%. Hosts enrolled in ZEVO Concierge may have a different rate — contact support for details. The platform fee is subject to change. Hosts will be notified in advance of any updates.
Our insurance deductible is set at $2,500. This amount is established by our insurance provider to cover major accidents and repairs. The deductible represents the portion you would be responsible for in the event of a significant claim before insurance coverage takes effect.
