Zevo has partnered with Continuum Mobility Corp. to provide our Physical Damage Protection Program, with ClaimSorted appointed as the new Third Party Adjuster (TPA) for all physical damage claims moving forward. This page answers the most common questions about the change.

The Basics

What's actually changing? Only how physical damage (Comp/Coll) claims — i.e., damage to a host's own EV — are provided and processed.

What's staying the same?

Is this an insurance policy hosts purchase? No. This is a benefit Zevo provides to eligible owners on the platform, and it's only in effect while an EV is actively rented through Zevo — not a policy hosts buy themselves.

Why the Change

Why ClaimSorted? We ran a detailed vetting process and ClaimSorted stood out as the most customer-focused, technologically aligned, and adaptable to our marketplace model. They also understand that the vehicles in these claims belong to our hosts — not to Zevo.
