Close the Tesla app completely, restart your phone, then reopen the app.
Make sure both Bluetooth and Location are enabled. The Tesla app requires both to function as a phone key.
Inside the vehicle, hold both scroll wheel buttons simultaneously until the screen goes black and the Tesla logo appears. Wait 1–2 minutes for the system to fully restart, then check if your phone key reconnects.
If it still is not working after 3 full attempts, contact ZEVO support. Do not attempt to force entry or use workarounds.
If your booking is active and you are locked out, ZEVO can unlock the vehicle remotely while we troubleshoot. Have your phone number and email ready when you contact us.
