All Uber drivers must obtain and display an LAX placard to legally pick up and drop off passengers at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This requirement is mandated by airport regulations and helps airport officials identify authorized rideshare vehicles.
Pass the LAX Quiz: All drivers must first pass the LAX quiz to be eligible for a placard. This quiz tests your knowledge of airport regulations and procedures.

Pick Up Your Placard: Visit an Uber Greenlight Hub location to obtain your physical placard. Bring proper identification. You can also have it mailed to you as well - both options will be presented at the end of the quiz.
The LAX placard must be displayed beneath the front Uber trade dress (decal) on your front passenger windshield. Both the trade dress and placard must be visible at all times while on airport property.
Remember that in addition to the placard, you must also follow all LAX regulations regarding pickup and dropoff locations, staging areas, and driver conduct while on airport property.
