Incidental Fee Schedule

The following fees may apply for incidents that occur during your rental period. All claims must be submitted through the Incidentals section in your Host Dashboard with proper photo documentation.

Fee Categories

Category Description Typical Fee Range
Cleaning Excessive dirt, stains, spills, or odors requiring professional cleaning beyond normal wear and tear $50 - $150
Smoking Evidence of smoking (cigarettes, vaping, or other substances) inside the vehicle requiring odor removal and deep cleaning $150
Improper Return (Repossession) Failure to return vehicle on time requiring retrieval, or abandonment of vehicle requiring recovery $100
Curb Rash Wheel damage from contact with curbs or other objects requiring repair or replacement. No pre-exisiting damage and must be larger than 3 inches $50 per wheel
Recharging If the vehicle was returned with a battery level below start of booking $30

How to Submit a Reimbursement Request

  1. Document the incident: Take clear, well-lit photos showing the damage or issue from multiple angles. Include close-up shots and wide shots for context.
  2. Access your Host Dashboard: Log in to your account and navigate to the Incidentals section.
  3. Submit your claim: Select the appropriate incident category and upload all photo documentation.
  4. Provide detailed description: Explain what happened, when it occurred, and any relevant details about the incident.
  5. Submit within the required timeframe: All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of discovering the issue or upon vehicle return.
