If the vehicle has been towed

• Contact ZEVO Customer Care immediately and remain reachable.
• Share the tow yard, location, reason given, and any documents you received.
• Do not authorize payment or release on ZEVO's behalf without instruction.

Parking and traffic-related tows

Responsibility depends on the cause and the supporting records. Parking tickets, traffic violations, and related charges caused during the booking are generally the driver's responsibility, but ZEVO reviews the specific tow and evidence before confirming any charge.

Stolen, missing, or non-returned vehicles

Recovery and impound costs in stolen-vehicle, missing-vehicle, repossession, or non-return cases are handled case by case. There is no universal automatic payer rule for these situations.

Active tow or immediate safety risk

If a tow is happening now or anyone is in danger, move to a safe place and contact emergency services when needed. Then contact ZEVO Customer Care.
