Starting August 10, ZEVO may issue Listing Infractions for Vehicle Condition when a vehicle is listed in a condition that causes guest issues or complaints.

What is a “Listing Infraction”?

A Listing Infraction is a record added to your host account when a vehicle is listed in a condition that doesn’t meet ZEVO’s safety and guest-readiness standards. It’s meant to protect guests and help keep the marketplace reliable.

When can ZEVO issue a listing infraction?

ZEVO may issue a listing infraction when a vehicle should not have been listed due to vehicle-condition issues, including:

• Mechanical issues
• Cleanliness issues
• Other vehicle-condition issues that impact the guest experience

Infractions may be issued based on what ZEVO observes and/or what is flagged through guest complaints.

What are common examples of vehicle-condition infractions?

Infractions may be issued for conditions such as:

• Vehicle was dirty / not guest-ready
• Tires need replacing / unsafe tread
• Vehicle smelled of smoke
• Cracked windshield / visibility or safety issue
