You can now add Driver Notes directly from the Booking detail page in your Host Dashboard. This feature helps you and your team keep track of important information tied to each booking.
What You Can Do with Driver Notes
- Record details about a driver or booking (e.g., call notes, reminders).
- Mark important dates like returns, renewals, or follow-ups.
- Share updates with co-hosts and vehicle managers, so everyone stays aligned.
- View booking-related updates such as claim progress or status changes.
How to Use Driver Notes
- Go to the booking detail page in your Host Dashboard.
- Scroll to the Driver Notes section.
- Enter your note in the text field.
- Example: “Driver is Ubering to pickup the vehicle on Friday.”
- Send: Saves your note will stay linked to that booking.
- Add new notes anytime, they will always appear at the bottom of the timeline.
Why It’s Useful
Driver Notes keep all key information in one place. Instead of relying on external reminders or messages, you and your co-hosts can view the same notes right inside the booking. This makes coordination simpler and ensures nothing gets missed.
