How long does verification take?
Most drivers are verified in 10 minutes. Persona handles ID verification and Checkr runs the background check. If your verification is taking longer, refresh the page or contact support.
Can I book a vehicle before I'm fully verified?
No. You must complete ID verification and the background check before booking. Once approved, you can book instantly.
What do I need to bring to pick up the vehicle?
Nothing physical. Your phone is your key. Make sure the ZEVO app is installed and your account is active before heading to the pickup location.
Can I reserve a vehicle in advance?
Yes. You can reserve a vehicle up to three days before your start date. Your reservation holds the vehicle without charging you until the booking begins.
When am I charged for my booking?
The full week of base rent and security deposit are charged upfront when you confirm your booking. Tolls and supercharging are billed the following day and must be paid when your receipt is generated.
What is the $100 collections threshold?
If your combined unpaid balance of base fare, tolls, and supercharging exceeds $100, a 24-hour grace period begins. Pay within that window to stay in good standing. See Payment Deadlines.
What happens if I miss a payment?
You will be locked out of the vehicle after the grace period. If you don't pay within 24 hours of lockout, your booking is terminated and the vehicle enters repossession. See Booking Ended vs. Terminated.
