Key Management Protocol

During the initial setup of StandardFleet Fleet Key, it is essential for either the Host or ZEVO Concierge to perform a complete clearance of all Local Keys using the Physical Key. If your vehicle is maxed out on local keys you will not be able to rent out your vehicle.

Initial Setup Process

• Clear all existing Local Keys using Physical Key
• Set up StandardFleet Fleet Key

Ongoing Maintenance

To maintain security and optimal performance:

• Perform key clearance every 18 rentals
• Document each key clearance for tracking purposes
• Ensure Physical Key is available for clearance procedure

How To Delete Keys

1. To display a list of all keys that can access your Model 3/Y, touch Controls > Locks.
2. An icon displays next to each key to indicate whether the key is a phone key, key card, or key fob. Use this list to manage keys that have access to your Model 3/Y.
3. Model 3/Y supports up to 19 keys at a time. Four of those keys can be key fobs. When you reach this limit, you must delete a key before adding a new one.
