Payouts and Supercharging Use Different Payment Settings

Your Stripe payout settings control where you receive ZEVO earnings. If Supercharging is billed through your Tesla account, update the charged payment method in that Tesla account; changing Stripe payout information does not change it. If your vehicle uses Charge Key billing, ask Customer Care to confirm the billing path. Enter payment credentials only in the official account interface, not in chat.
