Charge Key provides vehicle access as well as Supercharging billing. Tell Customer Care whether the problem is unlocking, starting, hands-free access, or charging payment. A hands-free connection problem does not by itself mean your balance is overdue. If the problem continues, Customer Care will review the booking and access status; payment does not guarantee immediate access restoration.
⚠️ Keep your balance under $25. If your Charge Key balance goes over $25, your vehicle access will be suspended. This is the #1 cause of Phoenix driver lockouts — check your balance in the app regularly and keep it paid down.
