This Standard Operating Procedure outlines how charge key access works on ZEVO for hosts who use this feature instead of the Tesla app access.

How Charge Key Access Works

Automatic Access Distribution

When a booking starts, the guest automatically receives charge key access for their booked vehicle through:

• SMS notification
• Email notification

Automatic Revocation

The charge key access is automatically revoked in the following scenarios:

• When the booking ends
• If the renter fails to make payment

Accessing the Charge Key Link

For Hosts

Hosts can access the charge key link through their dashboard:

1. Log into your Host dashboard
2. Navigate to the renter's booking
3. Find the charge key link in the booking details

For Renters

Renters can access their charge key link:

1. Log into their ZEVO account
