Why This Happens

Some Android phones have a known conflict with the Tesla app during it’s login verification code step. When you switch from the Tesla app to Gmail to grab your 6-digit code, Android can drop the Tesla session or suppress the keyboard β€” forcing you to restart the login from scratch. This is a Tesla app limitation, not a ZEVO issue, but we've mapped the fastest path through it.
