Can someone else drive my ZEVO vehicle?

No. Only the registered driver on the booking is permitted to operate the vehicle. There are no exceptions.

What happens if someone else drives?

• Your protection plan is voided for any incident involving that driver
• You may be suspended from the platform
• In serious cases, there may be legal consequences

The vehicle is booked in your name. Any damage, violations, or incidents that occur while an unauthorized driver is operating it are your full responsibility.

If you need a vehicle for multiple drivers, ZEVO is not the right product for that use case. Each driver must book independently.
