Get Started with Your Insurance Claim

If you've been involved in an accident during your rental period with ZEVO, follow the steps below to initiate the claims process. Your safety and the proper handling of the situation are our top priorities.

Reach out to the Host of your vehicle to discuss the next steps:

Step 3: Complete the ZEVO Claim Form

Fill out the ZEVO claims form from your account at https://web.zevo.com/claims

  1. Log into your web.zevo.com account or open the ZEVO app
  2. From the menu in the upper right hand corner select “Claims”
  3. “Start A New Claim” and submit all of your information

Step 4: If You Were On an Active Rideshare

If you were engaged in an active rideshare at the time of the accident, you MUST report the incident to your rideshare or delivery service:

Uber/Eats: (800) 353-8237

Lyft: (855) 865-9553

Doordash: (855) 973-1040

After reporting, you'll receive an email detailing the claims handling process. Please forward this information to [email protected] with the Claim Number as the subject line.
